A large ring depicting a Peacock’s court! Will you be the one to start their court on your finger? Be sure to not interrupt them!
For this Peacock’s court ring, we decided to go with a 3D design rather than a flat 2D one. We decided to go with an elliptical base and then put two peacocks at each long end. The elliptical base has a porous design to make it a bit more stylish rather than the bland, plain one, and also be consistent with the rest of the design. The peacocks are in 3D and have been meticulously crafted to perfection. Last but not the least, the centerpiece of the ‘court’ has been finished off with a conical green stone.

The two Asiatic species are the blue or Indian peafowl originally from the Indian subcontinent, and the green peafowl from Southeast Asia; the one African species is the Congo peafowl, native only to the Congo Basin. Male peafowl are known for their piercing calls and their extravagant plumage. The latter is especially prominent in the Asiatic species, which have an eye-spotted “tail” or “train” of covert feathers, which they display as part of a courtship ritual.
