A maroon neckpiece, delicately made with care and utmost attention to detail. A perfect mix of simplicity and intricate craftsmanship.

This maroon neckpiece has an intricately designed pendant. This design has a depiction of Lord Ganesh having a hearty feast, while surrounded by his servants. There are also five attachments with a leafy design and has been attached to the underside of the pendant. The center leaf is bigger than the rest and has a matching maroon bead attached to it which gives the design a break from monotony. This pendant is also connected with two uniquely shaped elements on each end. These elements give it a simple look and are also of the same color. Each of them has two silver accents on each side. This decision gives the entire piece a break from the design and comes attached with a red matching tussle.

This neckpiece comes with matching earrings.

Material: Metal

Did You Know?

Jewlery in the Indus Valley Civilization was worn predominantly by females. These women wore numerous clay and shell bracelets on their wrists.  In present-day India, bangles are made out of either metal or glass. Other pieces that women frequently wore range from thin bands of gold that are worn on the forehead, earrings, primitive brooches, chokers, and gold rings. Men and women in the Indus Valley both wore beads as jewelry.
